I got 1 honey nut bc southern squash bugs devoured my plant. I had another one but them mfrs got into that one too. Soo sad. 😭 I’ve been just staring at the 1 waiting. lol

I will definitely be growing honey nut next year. I did pie pumpkin this year and those SVB got them! I did get three pumpkins though. I will be roasting soon, pureeing, and freezing for fall cooking.

Gorgeous garden friend!! How do you keep birds from eating seeds after planting? This year they ate nearly all of my sunflower seeds, and about a 1/3 of my corn. I’ve never had an issue until this year!
