Finding the one in my twenties was thinking that we would be in love and could get through anything. Can you tell that I read a lot of romance novels? Now I know that even if we are compatible we need to really see each other and listen to how we think and talk. Some people think that they are always right. That’s not going to work. Some people are not willing to help another person and that means that they don’t see anyone but themselves. I will help even if you say “I need to clean the back yard today “. I can’t fix a car put I can pass you parts. I might not have the right words all the time but I can set a comfortable mood, make food you like and we watch a show that we both like or if basketball or football is on we can watch and enjoy. I have realized that even in this grown age some of us are not willing to grow. So I will smile and keep going. I can say out loud that I do want to get married and be in a committed relationship where we choose each other every day even when we would like to shake each other! I rather say it than do it! You really make me think LouieV! Thank you

In my twenties I was stupid didn't even know myself our what life had in store for me. I expected disrespect of all levels because I was immature so life lessons had to kick my whole ass and made me grow up and understand that I don't have to except anything or anyone. Now that I have matured I know what i want and don't want and I will not tolerate disrespect so when I feel and see a red flag I exit stage leave real quick so you have to come grow and correct at this point!!!👍👍😁😁

Love all that you touched on and pointed out for him to work towards . In my 20's lord , I thought I was in love and it was real & reciprocated , lol - and sadly I left someone who could've been the best match for this buster . Maybe that was my Karma . I guess it was based on the wrong reasons also . He was living the fast life to , and my mother warned me about him , being a hard head on top of love is blind . I believe it's from him that I've been so hard on all the other love interests in my life . On top of other stuff seen or been though in life . Glad I'm putting in the work to be a better ME .
