therma beach is so disappointing. not worth the hike to get there.

I lived in Kardamena for 12 years I would say ask the locals about the best beaches. But my favourites are definitely Limnionas Beach and Agios Theologos. In the winter though all the beaches are unrecognisable. This is one in Kardamena in winter very different to what you see in the summer.
