people saying “the vmax reveal was so disappointing” missed the point so fucking bad. These two girls had no one in the world but each other. When Sara reaches her dying breath after enduring months of torture she uses all her remaining strength to find her one safe place. Jean. She probably wasn’t even trying to communicate something she just wanted to feel connected to her sister one last time before her heart gave out. That is gut wrenching. Don’t pmo.

Seeing people hate the v-max reveal makes me so upset. I took it to mean that as she died she was reading it, and in her last moments she was thinking of her sister and accidentally had a surge of power and just shoved the thought of what she was seeing at her without thinking. Her last moments were spent thinking of her sister while staring at a stupid vent and that is just so very sad to me.

the vmax reveal was so gut wrenching. jean spent all this time and effort trying to find it believing it would connect her to her sister. it was the last thing she had of her. her last words. and jean held them in hope of finding her only to realize it wasnt some saving grace it was just a vent. just a stupid vent. the last thing her sister saw or said was the name of a stupid vent. a girl blessed with powers that made her special and her last moment was looking at a normal vent no one would even notice. how sad is that?

honestly I thought the vmax reveal was so good! it’s giving old marvel vibes and goes to show people complain about huge plots without build up but when we get small build up they STILL complain!!! anyway I liked the reveal it was heartbreaking and made everything click about what happened to her sister and that was so important imo

Me (at the very start) thinking V-Max is the prison or the code to it, where DODC are keeping Jean and that SHE was in the building's safe and trying to find it's location and thrall people to get herself out and the plot twist was so much more heartbreaking
