This is what the first shop I worked for failed to do, taught me everything I need to know, but never gave me any raises for learning or doing 1 to multi step corrections. After learning ceramic coating, I realized he didn’t care about my personal integrity, just was using us for monetary gain ( made us be 10-99 but held us to a schedule and made us have to be there at a certain time of day) which is also not allowed for 10-99 contracted workers. Didn’t have us on papers as employees which was also bs. Now I just got approved for my LLC yesterday, now we are ready for meta and google ads
