can i ask how she initially injured her acl? i planted my right foot and my body turned with all my weight on that leg but my leg stayed in place. don’t know if hers was similar or not

I still have days where things before surgery are terrifying. I’m 5 months post op from my 3rd surgery on my ankle. I just started jumping and landing on my foot again I’m preparing to go back to figure skating in a month. You got this no matter how hard it feels both mentally and physically.

Omg I feel her pain! I am day 10 post op from ACL tear. I tore mine for the first time in September 2024 and for the second time on my other leg about 2 months ago. The recovery is soooo hard physically and mentally, but you WILL come back stronger!!
