@bloomingearthherbal: Stop clogging your drains with herbs & try this instead. Tea baths are one of my favorite ways to slow down but making a strong herbal infusion takes time. So I started freezing them into tea bombs. Simply fill a jar about 1/4 full with your favorite herbs, cover with hot water & let it infuse overnight. Strain, pour into silicone molds & freeze. I worked with lavender, roselle, calendula, chamomile & rose… but you can use whatever herbs are calling to you. I love keeping these on hand for relaxing baths with magnesium flakes & they’re also amazing to prep before birth for postpartum sitz baths. Future you will be so thankful! Just toss 2–4 into your bath, soak &enjoy.
