We are in the Arcadia area and love it but I do loveeee the yard space in Gilbert. I have heard that if you aren’t LDS it’s hard to fit in socially but wondering if that’s not the case as much anymore with the huge influx of people the last few years 🤔

Hard to beat MR! My parents live across the street from that first home, DM me if you buy it and we’ll have you over to swim! We thought abt buying that one to be across the street and use the casita for a home school, but we just live up the road 2 mins 😂

I’m a Gilbert native and if I were shopping for a new house with a family I’d either look in Morrison Ranch or Power Ranch. Power Ranch is older homes though.
