I purchased an Alpha laptop travel bag, and when I got home and opened it, I discovered that the strap and latch were completely detached from the fabric. For a product at this price point, this is absolutely unacceptable. I have called and emailed multiple times trying to get this resolved and have received little to no assistance. Spending nearly $1,000 on a premium product, you expect it to be flawless when you open it—and if there is a problem, you certainly expect the company to stand behind its product. Unfortunately, this experience has been the exact opposite: very poor quality control followed by extremely disappointing customer service. I expected much better from a premium brand.”
