Think about it: people see a garbage can that’s already overflowing. Instead of holding onto their trash until they find another can or taking it home, they throw it on the ground. That says a lot about the mindset. A clean neighborhood isn’t just the city’s responsibility—it’s also the responsibility of the people who live there. When too many people stop caring, the neighborhood reflects it. Then, when someone points out that the area is dirty, people get offended instead of addressing the behavior that’s contributing to the problem.

Ok so where’s sanitation? They need to do what they are getting paid to do also. Why is the garbage cans over full. That’s not a days worth of garbage. The city don’t care about certain areas. Yes the residents and NON RESIDENTS contribute to it but people actually get paid good money to do a job they don’t do!!!
