I’ve been called moody since I was a child, I’m not moody, I just refuse to engage with people or situations that hurt me. My mood will change mid conversation if someone does something that harms me, I’ll discuss it if the person or the environment is safe for me to do so or I’ll just disengage which is why I get called moody.
