that is NOT stuff that would qualify for a cleaning fee. it would be things like boxes, trash. I always sweep out my storage units but the mold is on them. the rodents are a them problem. Ive had multiple storage units and have never had a problem like this. theyre trying to get one on you for sure

they also mentioned that my lock would be inside the storage unit once I bought it , a month later they charged me a $20 fee for the lock and didn’t let me know I had to get my own …
