in my opinion i think Princess and the Frog is one of Disneys best movies in terms of genuine love shown between all characters. Tiana has such a beautiful support system that truly loved and respected her and never once put her down or tried to deter her. They simply helped in the small ways they could and knew she would be okay with. It’s not just a romantic love story, it’s a platonic, and familial love story that is just pure in every way.

Some people here keep saying “He was broke.” Bruh. For Christ’s sake, YES, HE WAS. But y’all are forgetting that Naveen was born a prince with wealth, status, connections, and resources. Y’all keep saying “NAVEEN WAS BROKE” like that somehow disproves the point. Yes, he was cut off by his parents, and that’s why he was “BROKE”, but that was literally part of his character arc.
