fudgy double chocolate banana bread 🤎 recipe: ingredients 3 very ripe bananas, mashed (mine looked ancient because they had been sitting in the refrigerator lol but they made the banana bread incredibly fudgy and moist) ½ cup salted butter, melted ½ cup brown sugar (100g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla paste ¼ cup plain greek yogurt (60g) 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (150g) ¾ cup dutch processed cocoa powder (65g) 1 tsp baking powder (4g) 1 tsp baking soda (5g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) dark chocolate chips (i recommend mini chocolate chips the topping so they don’t sink ) instructions preheat the oven to 375°f and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper in a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth and mix in cooled melted butter whisk in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and greek yogurt until fully combined. fold in the flour, dutch processed cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. do not overmix. fold in the chocolate chips. pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle more mini chocolate chips over the top. bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. allow the banana bread to cool before slicing. #chocolate #bananabread #Recipe #baking #bakingrecipe
