selfie camera bit really not that big of a deal, because you can use the 200MP rear camera by unfolding it and using the front screen as the viewfinder

Sooo what you’re saying is even if I’m in love with the Zfold 8 ultra I need to get the s26 ultra because the camera is better? I take pics of my kids & need a good camera but I love everything else about the zfold 8 ultra!!

as a long time I found user I was debating on getting one or the other foldables this time around as my very first Samsung device. I decided to go with the ultra because if I'm spending that amount of money I want the phone to have every premier feature on it.. I'm noticing the trend of companies charging more than $1,500 for a device that lacks the innovation of the previous generation of phones just to make it thinner or to just have a gimmick for it.. I still have my 17-pro Max as my second phone and currently I'm mainly using the Samsung ultra because I find it to be very useful and fun because of its inner screen. but I'm noticing a trend now that the foldable phone will be the main type of model that people will be using on the regular in the next 10 years if not less

U can use the main camera for a selfie. Open the screen and use the main screen to see yourself.

As someone with the fold 7 im not too impressed. Slight battery update, slight camera update, same hinge to allow flex mode on the 8 ultra but not on the 8 wide? Ill upgrade when they bring the S pen back.

the zfold 8 is better in specific things. its smaller. more efficient and has a good ratio for basically everything. but the ultra is good too

its same same but different. Little bit more battery, skinner, and slightly bigger screen on the ultra. I have a an extra z fold 5 and I barely used the cover screen due to the size 6.2inches. the z fold 8 ultra is a 6.5 cover screen so im leaning towards the 8.
