na the landlord fault... under 3months you no see tenant, you no go court wit the expired receipt for owners retention order, mtcheew ajeh na for elimbu magistrate court you see your property, and if you no move fast to claim them, under 3months court go auction the property asap use the money settle the landlord for damages and time wasting

Irrespective, the Landlord wasn't lucky to have a smart lawyer. By the effluxion of time, the Tenant has become a tenant at will, and he only deserves 7 Days owners intention, then approach the court for Arrears of Rent, Mense profit, and simultaneously seek for an Order to Forcefully enter the apartment and TAKE POSSESSION.
