Shampoo strips natural oils but also gets rid of bad oil and you have to use conditioner to help bring the oil back….

I also don’t use conditioner bc it literally makes my hair more tangled and doesn’t hydrate or do anything to improve. My hair is so much softer after I stoped using it i thought I was alone

babe this is so healing because as someone with an already oily scalp. I stopped using traditional conditioner like a year ago and only use spray leave in conditioner after I’m out of the shower and hair is towel damp. My hair has literally never felt better.

I DO use heat protectant bcs it’s in all my after shower products but I also don’t use conditioner. I use a lightly clarifying shampoo and a conditioning shampoo after. Works amazing for my thick, fine hair.
