i am suprised on a relitvly newr home that there is a wood framed aria under the front door aria. that should have been a concrete poared retaining wall or a concrete brick wall. to have a barried wood structure that is in a situation that it can rot, that builder took some shortcuts that as a builder my self and a homeowner I would not approve.
