are we surprised though? this is exactly what happens when you acquire dogs from a backyard breeder who breeds outside the official breed standard, No Health & Temperament Testings, No Confirmation Titles etc. buying from an ethical breeder who takes all those precautions is very important short term and long term. English Bulldog Club of America & American Kennel Club can be very beneficial hopefully these dogs neurological systems is not compromised due to selfish breeders just breeding for money and not the welfare and longevity of the dog.
