I was a manager at a Sephora and the BEST advice I got was from our security guard. He told me if there is a rude customer, that as long as I looked like I was being friendly that it was my word against theirs. Our cameras had no audio. So I raaaannn with that. Everytime I would get a rude biiiiiitch I would tell them off with a smile on my face so when they would report me I would say look at the cameras I wasn’t being mean 😂😂😂
