the best items for boss rush are dragon balls,super dragon balls,Nova helmet,dark hold,potara earrings, lantern rings(white and black),infinity gauntlet with all stones,omnitrix, requiem arrow,zanpakuto and master ball,if I missed any best items for boss rush let me know

Imo you should remove equalized stats, the concept of it is interesting but it does make it more boring. Maybe switch it out for reversed stats, it could be the player and enemies stats he fights are reversed. It would make the earlier rounds interesting and it would rely the character to hopefully land on trash stats in the beginning.
