One of the first nights of my manager training the team broke nearly $5k in glassware in the span of ONE DINNER SERVICE. The same night an employee deployed his taser in the server station for fun. Cherry on top? A guest flushed a ring valued at half a million down the toilet and asked us how to get it back.

whole system went down friday night and we had to hand write the kitchen tickets and guest checks. guests said they weren’t comfortable giving their credit card number so they left without paying.

I was in the trenches waiting 28 minutes on food and finally get it only to drop three of the plates. The entire cook line was staring at me in shock. I had been there 5 years at this point and don't drop plates. I sobbed for 30 minutes just to go back up front to grab a refill and have a glass that was too hot shatter in my hand. I was irate and ready to walk out and straight to the nut hut. People who havent served before wouldn't believe the things that happen to us😭🤣
