bond builder routine for chemically damaged hair... step 1) do a quick shampoo and rinse out 2) apply Olaplex No3 or No3plus and allow it to process for the time indicated on the back of the bottle. it will either be 10 minutes or 3 minutes. 3) use a comb or a wet brush to evenly distribute the olaplex from root to ends, clip your hair up and set the timer. take the rest of your shower while the Olaplex is processing. 4) Rinse out out olaplex 5) do a thorough shampoo with the olaplex shampoo of your choosing. rinse. 6) apply k18 molecular repair hair mask and let process for 4 minutes. 7) for fine hair the k18 is probably enough conditioning for you. after it has processed for 4 minutes, the hair is much easier to detangle and it feels conditioned. 7) for those who need more conditioning, you can apply a leave-in conditioner on top of the k18. olaplex makes a great leave-in conditioner. But it is very important that the k18 goes first. 8) apply your styling products and style as usual.
