Common CausesFast drinking: Gulping water too quickly forces air down with the liquid.Using a straw: Sucking through a straw draws extra air into your mouth before you swallow.Talking while drinking: Opening your mouth allows air to enter the esophagus.Stomach pressure: Extra liquid adds minor volume and pressure to the stomach, releasing trapped air.How to Prevent ItSip slowly: Drink water in calm, small sips rather than large gulps.Ditch the straw: Drink directly from the edge of a glass.Pause: Avoid talking or rushing when you take a drink found on google.!!

Happens to me as well. I think while eating, we induce air which naturally goes to stomach waiting for more air to be released...it can be frustrating at sometimes, especially while you're at work ☹️
