Because this is an automatic espresso machine that all you have to do is put the beans and water in and you get perfect espresso every time. Because now you can be a barista in your own home with the fantastic Baristina from Philips and make cups of coffee and espresso shots. I gave it a test before heading out of town and my at home espresso was delicious. More coffee content coming when I get back to her.
