No! I look and think, do I want to eat that? Then I pick what I fancy. I sometimes even pay full price for an extra snack. That’s just how I roll! (Or sandwich, or sushi)

I'm so ADHD that it comes with sensory issues around food that I thought was normal until l was (late) diagnosed. So meal deals habe always been off the cards for me because I don't like mayonnaise or anything with vinegar/pickles or cheese, and everything comes with one or the other of those things soooooooo 😅 I make my own food, at least I know where its been and I'm the only one thats touched it 😅

I choose the most expensive thing that I would like. So I exclude anything I would hate instantly. then look at the most expensive and go for that. And the sandwich is always a triple because they're best value for money. 😂

if I'm getting one from Morrisons I'll get a medium salad box as my main as those are £3.75 and the meal deal is £3.75, so you basically get the snack and drink for free
