People don't understand the fabrication, engineering, conversions, research and development, labour, time, importing of parts, etc that goes into building something like this, at this quality, which would justify the costs. So this is a 1000+hp 1uz V8 corolla. He might not be joking talking about 2.3 million, building a car like this might actually cost that much. Car parts are very expensive, especially when you want a lot of horsepower. A turbo kit on it's own is almost a 100k. Now imagine building a car to this standard, you will be shocked.
