@kaiiblanton: Ju-Ichi opened not too long ago in Montclair, & I’m obsessed. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in NJ. Every dish was delightful, and I’m so excited to go back. I’ve tried several sushi spots in New Jersey, and I never loved any of them, so I’d always make the trek to the city when I wanted sushi. Sushi in nyc just tastes better, but honestly Ju-Ichi sushi tastes like nyc sushi. Full order: - miso soup - tuna tartare - shrimp tempura with a side of eel sauce - karaage - unagi sushi - spicy tuna roll - salmon with avocado and cucumber roll - yellowtail scallion roll Everything was a 10/10.
