So of course all that pain turns into something darker. By the time he hits puberty, he’s already thinking about hurting women. Not just in a violent way, but in this calculated, methodical, stalking kind of way, like he’s turning people into projects. And once he realizes he can actually go through with it and no one’s going to stop him? He doesn’t just continue…he escalates. Like he literally targeted a pregnant woman…an off-duty cop…and she fought him off while pregnant and still, that wasn’t enough to keep him behind bars because his parents bailed him out. And the only reason he finally gets caught is because someone happened to see the car. Not the cops…not the system… a bystander. And that’s what kills me.
