How can they physically leverage it onto the ship from that position? It seems like it'd be too heavy for two people to pull in with that much of it still outside the ship when the forklift lets go

Cruise ship never hooked a winch to it? Not the forklift drivers fault. A forklift only goes up & down. It doesn’t go forward. He had no more ground below him to move forward, or he too would’ve went into the drink. Totally the ships fault.
