Balony. Politicians have sided with the insurance companies and have practically shut down medical malpractice. You can’t prove someone didn’t do something wrong you have no hope of getting anything. I think drs can now claim the whoopsie Daisy clause and pretty much get away with hurting you. Surgeries should be video taped. These Dr. allow PA to work like Doctors and do things they should not do. It’s all a crock. Car accidents are the only lucrative things lawyers can go after now unless it’s death in the operating room. Good luck proving anything when it comes to negligence. And standard of care is a bigger joke. My wife and our lives have changed forever all over a run of the mill knee replacement surgery. She still may lose the leg but everything went fine. Nothing to see here.

What about a 85 year old male that fell and broke his hip at home, had a replacement and was in a nursing home for recovery where the nurse got him sitting up to get a shower, decided she couldn’t get him up by herself so she left him (a non ambulatory patient) sitting on the side of his bed for an extended amount of time to go find another nurse. He then fell off the bed. 1 MONTH later, he was discharged from the nursing home and on the first time meeting the man, his home health nurse noticed that his hip was dislocated! Now he cannot have surgery to fix it, it cannot be popped back in to place and he will NEVER walk again all because the nurse at the nursing home was negligent.

I got into a accident with a tow truck company as they were towing another vehicle. He was going to fast in the left lane couldn’t stop in time slammed on his breaks and swerved into my lane and hit me. Had to get arthoscopic slap tear surgery and been out of work almost 2 years now. Getting a MRI this week and hoping to be at MMI soon. Still have a good amount of pain working overhead but I really just want to be moved on from this accident.

How much is a slip and fall worth in a store with the the store's negligence no wet floor signs and had plenty of time to clean the spill did not help had to call my own ambulance had 9 months physical did injection and had to have surgery

so what I am hearing is I drive my tractor into a construction site. Crash it into a digger go out to check my tractor leave the brake off and it rolls into me. The Dr fixes my leg but operates on the wrong one 🤣

A new guy dropped a loader bucket on my husbands head and he didn’t get a penny. They had my husband drive himself to the hospital then sent him to a different hospital because it was the wrong one. Idk something didn’t seem right.

How about a C-section that I felt the entire time? | told them not to cut me because I can still feel everything. They did the catheter I felt it, the anesthetist tested me and I screamed when he pinched me. Still don't listen. Started cutting, I was screaming they dragged my husband out, didn't put me under until baby was out, broke my teeth with intubation tube, then overdosed me and had to use 3 doses of narcan to bring me out of it. I have full medical records from the hospital stating everything. I put together a binder because I want to sue. Is this possible. Would I have a case?
