Looks great! I would double check your measurements in your written/spoken recipe for the crumble. In the cake you have 375g flour=3 cups (accurate) but crumble 65g flour=1/3 cup (inaccurate). Same for the sugar! Just an fyi ☺️

I recommend you don't mix and cut on top of your scale. move it onto the counter for more stability and also ive heard it can cause issues with the scale
