Right! You would’ve never gotten the keys if everything wasn’t paid. I kept getting a $75 fee for 4 months for insurance in which it was emailed and handed in person. I showed out all of those months until I got tired and contacted corporate. Then it stopped.

Sis this a simple fix, find your original lease which your deposit required will be listed, and ask for a ledger seeing all charges/payments since you moved in. Money can be trailed easily
