It’s not a dinner plate size wound. It’s a thicker uterus wall lining … if you had a wound like that you would be haemorrhaging.

I haven’t went through this yet however, I’m not super worried about 4 to 6 weeks of bleeding because I have a abnormal periods and one of the weird things about my specific situation is I have becoming very accustomed to bleeding for five weeks straight multiple times a year

I thought I was done bleeding after 3wks. Took my daughter to her appointment with the doctor and when I went to stand up, a massive gush of fluid came out and covered the whole front and back side of my pant. Turned out I had passed a clot the size of both my hands put together to I was bleeding for another 3wks.
