I think I’ve got some competition for ’em. 😂 • • 🫐🍋 Blueberry Lemon Butter Swim Biscuits Ingredients: * 4 cups all-purpose flour * 2 tbsp baking powder * ½ cup granulated sugar * 1 tsp salt * 4 cups blueberries * Zest of 1 lemon * 2 cups buttermilk * 1½ cups whole milk * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 stick + 2 tbsp butter, melted Glaze: * 1 cup powdered sugar * 3 tsp whole milk * 1 tsp fresh lemon juice Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. 3. Toss in blueberries and lemon zest until coated in the flour mixture. 4. Add buttermilk, whole milk, and vanilla. Stir just until combined. 5. Melt the butter in 9x13 6. Spread the biscuit dough evenly over the melted butter. Pre-cut biscuits. 7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. 8. Mix together powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice. 9.
