I have noticed things on their app and will reach out to support because it's weird and I still never got a clear answer. Example I want an unbuttered bun. There is no option that says no butter. You have to remove the buttered bun and add regular bun or however but it still charges 25 cents. I'm like dude it's not like I upgraded to gluten free or multigrain. I stopped changing the bread period!!!
