ofc he was denied. the sealed documents contain the info about the DNA collection. the feds didn't follow proper procedure to obtain it so it's literally the one thing that could get his trial granted. if they deem the DNA findings inadmissible we're in trouble, I fear. this whole thing is a mess because of the attorneys and investigators.
