Story time: I've been going to the Bellevue location for years now. I always bring an outside coffee because they don't have any sugar free options. Yesterday I was told I couldn't have my outside drink even though I told them it was due to them not having sugar free options. I was still told to toss it, fair enough. We then noticed a white couple who had an outside coffee with them. We sat and watched staff members walk by multiple time without saying anything. Then they were served their food by the same person that said i couldn't have an outside drink. He didn't say anything about their outside drink. We called out their hypocrisy and left. Just sharing my recent experience.

I went to Farine a couple times and I actually feel the opposite. I had left my scarf there and when I emailed them, they said the employee already keep it and when I returned a couple weeks later the scarf was still there and they were so nice about it. I don’t know, it feels like I am missing details in your story.

girl i believe you cause why did i witness a lady cut multiple ppl in line & the cashier proceeded to ignore the next customer when she tried bringing it up! they’re one of the only places i didnt tip bc of how unfriendly & unprofessional they were 😭😭😭😭😭

I won’t go there again after my first time, tables were so wobbly it was almost impossible to cut your food and there were HELLA flies flying all over the restaurant all in the pastry area. It was disgusting
