You don’t have tap to pay because Walmart doesn’t want to pay the bank fees. Instead you get to download the Walmart app and scan a QR code to pay

when I worked at walmart it was kind of insane the amount of people that got all their groceries, tried tap to pay at the register and fucking LEFT all their stuff bc we didn't have it and all they had to do was insert the card.
