@foodieedwin: ✨Rosie’s Burgers ✨ Rosie’s Burgers has officially landed in Edmonton, and if you’re a fan of classic smash burgers, this one’s worth checking out. 🍔 Instead of trying to reinvent burgers with a massive menu, Rosie’s keeps it simple: smash burgers, crispy fries, onion rings, hand-spun milkshakes, and desserts. Sometimes that’s all you need when they focus on doing the classics really well. I tried the Rosie Burger ($13), and the first thing I noticed was how well-balanced it was. The lightly smashed patties have those crispy caramelized edges while staying juicy inside, all served on their signature soft potato bun. Simple ingredients, but everything works together. I also had to try their famous Dad’s Banana Pudding, which went viral in Toronto. It’s layered with fresh banana slices, creamy pudding, and crushed graham crackers on top. It definitely leans on the sweeter side, but if you have a sweet tooth, I can see why it’s become a fan favourite. If you’re someone who appreciates restaurants that focus on doing a few things exceptionally well instead of trying to be everything, Rosie’s is a solid addition to Edmonton’s burger scene. 📍 Brewery District – 11928 104 Ave
