I’m 49. I know, the goal isn’t to convince people I’m 25. The goal is to be strong enough to do the things. I really love, healthy enough to enjoy my life, confident enough to wear what I want, and why is enough to stop caring about unrealistic expectations and other people’s opinions. I believe it’s a right of passage and privilege to get older. and I believe women over 40, 50, and beyond are capable of building, incredible bodies, incredible health and living incredible lives. and whatever you wanna do to look and feel your best, you go, girl!
