I have found that the people that have "bad luck" with discs, just don't farm them, like in between banners all you are supposed to do is farm discs, even if you are not not looking for anything, you gotta stock to dissamble and create discs for the next character you will build, and also stock on discs with 2 lines on the 2 pieces that are used a lot, so when the next drops you got options to round up their build, it isn't luck its just resource management
