I live in Texas and had to work in a hot ass KITCHEN during the SUMMER with NO AC, wtf do you mean in Georgia the store closes when the AC is broken- I hate my life 🤦🏾♀️

YESSSSSS!!!!!! You are 210% (if not more!) correct!!!! I love mobile ordering because I time my walk to my local Starbucks with my mobile ordering, but making sure there is a buffer of wait time is def not the barista’s responsibility!

I love your crashouts. 😂😂 But I can’t lie, watching you pull the stickers like that and line the cups up that way would’ve had me even more flustered. 😩😂 And don’t even get me started on the DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers they’ll be all up in your face the second they walk in. 😂 Then you have the church crowd acting like they’re running late for service… like, y’all, give me a second. 😭😂

I like mobile ordering cause talking to people makes me anxious. But I will order it before I head that way, leave super duper excessively early from the time when I need to be wherever I have to and be extra patient and accommodating while I wait ~sincerely, a customer service worker 💕
