@marilynamberr0: marilynamberr rough ahh bench day. kept losing my shoulder positioning and letting the bar fall down too low on my chest. basically need a stronger and more stable arch. i think my legs being really sore played a big part in that though. i love squatting but it for sure is making me need more rest. i'm gonna need a few weeks to adjust to the squats. i used to do 5x5 on squats ez and now my endurance is so bad im barely making it through 2 sets on squats. brutal @Breathedivinity #gym #gymgirl
