I saw that post right after someone told me - “When you’re feeing overwhelmed with your problems- take a step back, think if I was to fold my problems up, put them in a cup with others, and risk picking someone else’s out of the cup” 🫶🏻 that really changed me and brought gratitude back in moments I felt anxious.

My Dad passed away July 22nd of last year from early onset-Alzheimer’s at age 57 just two months before my wedding. Life sucks and it just hit the year anniversary.

i commented that i’m having a miscarriage with my baby boy at 14 weeks … and when i scrolled i noticed similar comments from moms also going through miscarriage. im devastated, i cry 20x a day… but knowing im not alone was bittersweet. ❤️🩹
