Limão?🍋‍🟩 :
Gostei do ponto dela, mas o vacabular chulo dela deixou a desejar, se ela soubesse argumentar, talvez não teria saído como expressão de ódio

Our recent basement window post got SO MUCH attention! We really enjoyed your positive, complimentary and often hilarious comments. The whole thing seemed to throw Instagram into a tailspin and for a period and they limited our outgoing DMs thinking something nefarious was going on - so apologies if it took us awhile to get you the window detail! You all had SO many questions...we wanted to create another reel to try to answer more of them for you. For those of you who are new...we radically improved our client's basement by trying something different. We framed the tiny, high basement windows as much larger windows, layered in a slim, acrylic LED light panel tucked behind custom shutters that always stay just a little bit open. We tied the light panels into the home's smart home automation system so that they automatically light up at dawn and fade away at dusk - mimicking the natural rhythms of daylight. It was a TOTAL GAMECHANGER. This is not a plug and play solution. This was a custom installation created with individual elements custom tailored to our client's windows. It was done as part of a major renovation that allowed us to frame them properly, wire them discreetly and frame them out with great care. A lot of effort was put in to create something that looks effortless. If you would like more info on exactly how we did this - comment BASEMENT and we will happily send you the exact detail we used. *This installation is a decorative design feature and does not impact the function of the existing windows. For this project all work was permitted, inspected and compliant with Ontario Building Code requirements, including egress via a direct exterior exit. If you're planning a basement renovation and particularly a bedroom in your basement - please ensure your design aligns with your local building code requirements.* More questions answered: 1.) Where do you source the custom LED panels? Comment BASEMENT and we will DM you the link to our supplier. Reach out to them with any questions directly. Please use promo code CIAN10 for 10% off! 2.) Where did you source the shutters? The shutters are custom-sized Hunter Douglas Newstyle shutters in White Lace. 3.) How did you tie in to the smart home automation system and what home automation system did you use? For the basement window panels on that project, we have a Lutron Caseta dimmer, controlling low voltage drivers for each panel, with 12 gauge wiring to each panel to minimize voltage drop (and wires all identical length to keep voltage identical). We then programmed schedules in the Lutron app to turn on at sunrise, and turn off at sunset. 4.) Why couldn't you just make bigger windows? Digging window wells is certainly doable but costly, complex and as this project was a renovation with a fully finished and landscaped backyard - digging out to accommodate larger windows was not an option. 5.) What happens on a cloudy day? The LED panels are 4100K (colour temperature) which is slightly warmer than the blue light of daylight. Even when it is cloudy the light does not look off colour. The panels are also dimmable and capable of manual shut-off if you didn't want the lights on.
