I just assumed she meant an old "girlfriend" like an old BFF from back in her old high school days. she led it in that way. I don't remember when it was tho. You know I’m starting to think that while Cody was in rehab, she was dating him. That’s probably why she sent him away to rehab so she could have time with Zach and that way Cody wouldn’t have known about it and she probably kept it a secret for a very, very long time until she decided to finally go through with a divorce and then decide to open up and start posting videos and pictures and telling the world that she’s in a new relationship.
