Yall this is so wrong please don’t listen to this. it’s honestly the reverse. Working everyday to be a better you for yourself is what turns you into a man working everyday to be better for someone else keeps you trapped in the boy mindset. Cant be good for someone until you’re the best version for yourself and that when you really learn how you can care for someone else. Keeping someone trapped while you work on yourself only lets your partner feel like they are perfect and have nothing to work on and you’re the problem.
