After the episode i am leaning towards the idea that Jack is Bon especially because of similarities in their mannerisms. Compare how he acts when talking to sophie about grief and how bon talks to rose. Also the similarities in “Bon” and Jacks injuries in the jail scene and dream sequence respectively.

random thought I had but couldn't it be that bon maybe rly felt sth for rosemary? doesn't have to necessarily be love, but she was like the creator of his new body and the suit after all. Also he treated her differently then for example Susan. he had the opportunity to just kill her when she came in but he didnt. not sure tho

Guys I have a THEORY that jack killed a guy on his hunting trip and the guy/bon got revenge then killed jack and then put him inside the bon suit but bon is the spirit and jack is the physical inside bon so when bon cried it was jack trying not to hurt rosemary. hope this helps
