There are different bio complex. This one has keratin which will stretch your curls. It will help with frizz which is helpful in the Caribbean but if you want to keep your curls be careful with this particular one.

Yes add boiling water to make it a paste , store in the fridge after it cools off. Then use as conditioner or leave in.

That works really good! You only need a small amount and add a little water and it gets creamy and warm! One vial will last a month or better!
